Joe was a vendor selling street tacos back in his hometown of Guanajuato, Mexico. A place where the neighborhoods are filled with colorful architecture and mystical fountains. As a kid, he would toss his pesos into the fountains and hope his wish would come true of moving to Los Angeles, where one day he could sell his delicious tacos. While living in Mexico, he sold his tacos outside the neighborhood bar called " EL CALLEJON" Translations: THE ALLEY, and although known for his great-tasting tacos, he ultimately became famous for serving his bootleg margaritas. We took his authentic recipes and serve them in our backyard.
